Happy Thanksgiving!!! Boy do I have alot to be thankful!!! These are in no particular order, but I dont think I can begin my day without expressing a HUGE THANK YOU...The Heavenly Father for His protective and healing power. Rusty Dillard has had a peaceful night with rest and healing with stable vitals. We hope to know results of MRI this am. Nuero Dr usually comes in very early. I cant express my gratitude for the enormous amount support from family, friends, and even people I have not ever met through calls, visits, texts, and facebook. I am sorry I am not able to respond to all of you, but please know you are appreciated and we need your prayers and support to continue. I am thankful for...The incredible care he is receiving from the staff at St. Francis Hospital. The quick and life saving response from the Cherokee County 911 man, Tahlequah Fire Dept., Northeastern Health System Ambulance, Life Flight crew, and First Responders from Welling and Tahlequah on the day of the accident. I can not thank Arden Rozell-Sampson, Sue Fogleman McMurray,Uncle Mike, or Erin Dillard adequately for their quickness, calmness, and care. These people are my heroes. Erin found Rusty and called Arden. Arden, with the help of a patient 911 man, is the one who saved Rusty with her quick thinking, ability to apply training and by remaining calm to follow directions by the 911 man. She is not receiving the appropriate credit she deserves. Please say a special prayer for all of them as they were the first ones to Rusty and saw him in very serious condition. They have been traumatized also. I am thankful for the 26.5 years I have had with the love of my life, Rusty. We have been blessed with 2 wonderful children and a host of concerned and thoughtful family and friends. Be thankful for what you have...be it great or small! Remember to give thanks to the Heavenly Father above! Hope to give you another update soon!
