Happy Thanksgiving!! Paddy and we have plenty to be thankful for today. It was a sad sad time when Paddys former owners had to go into care, but the wonderful folks at the Irish Setter Club of Canada made sure that dear senior Paddy would have a safe and happy future. Pauline drove 5 hours to pick him up, and bring him to Edmonton, get his medical all checked out and foster him while he awaited his new home. Thats when they came to our own Janice T - to see if we could help Paddy get to his new folks in Ottawa. Our marvelous volunteer Louisa was happy to help Paddy get to Toronto where ISCCs Mike was able to meet him to drive him home to his new people in Ottawa who will love him every bit as much as his old people did! What a beautiful Thanksgiving for everyone.
