Happy Thanksgiving all :) I am very thankful and grateful for each and everyone of you... you are a constant source of inspiration and friendship to me.. Ive laughed and Ive cried with you and have been very blessed by you all... Thank you for being such a large part of my life... And now for todays menu from Chez Rober.... Pork loin... injected with creole seasoning and butter and rubbed generously with Stubbs pork rub then slowly smoked in apple wood, locking in all those flavors and juices.... deviled eggs made with a little mustard, mayo, salad supreme, sweet pickle relish, and lightly sprinkled with a smokey paprika.... Cornbread made in the southwest way with green chili and cheese lusciously mixed within.... And for dessert a pecan pie, only baked by me and made by Schwans... Lol....
