Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends in the US! For those of you who dont celebrate Thanksgiving I just want to say thanks for giving me your friendship! A lot of people have come and gone in my life but I have been blessed by having known each and every one of you! I am reminded of a quote from my favorite movie... I thought I was going to sneak away tonight. What a glorious night. Every face I see is a memory. It may not be a perfectly perfect memory. Sometimes we had our ups and downs. But were all together, and youre mine for a night. And Im going to break precedent and tell you my one candle wish: that you would have a life as lucky as mine, where you can wake up one morning and say, I dont want anything more. Sixty-five years. Dont they go by in a blink? 59 years!!! Life DOES go by in a blink! We have shared of ourselves with each other. With some it was just a small part of ourselves and with others we gave a lot more of ourselves. But I feel like I have been richly blessed to have known you and THAT is one of the many things I am grateful for during this holiday season! Just like William Parrish said in that quote, my wish for each one of you is that you can be so lucky that you can one day wake up and say that you have all you need and you dont want for anything more! And thats life... what can I tell you.
