Happy Thursday! Day #12 of our 30 day #absREVOLUTION #challenge is brought to you by yours truly :-) Alternating Toe Touch This is similar to a #situp. Bend one leg and have foot flat to the ground. Straighten the other leg and as you bring it up, tighten your core and raise your upper body to reach and touch your toe. This is great for your #obliques so be sure to really squeeze the stomach and twist across your body as you touch your toe. If you cant reach your toe you can do a simple crunch while raising your leg. YOUR ASSIGNMENT: 3 sets of 10 on each leg, 3 sets of 15 or 3 sets 25!
