And from 12-1:30pm we will be at 40 Columbia St in Mohawk, and 323 Eastern Ave, Herkimer. Come see us and take a walk through these homes! 2) The Mohawk Volunteer Fire Dept is marking Recruit and Retention Week with opportunities this weekend for anyone interested to stop in and see what is involved.From 9am to 2 pm Saturday, April 26, and noon to 3pm Sunday, April 27, people will be able to stop in and meet the firefighters, view the apparatus, and ask questions. 3) The Shawangunk Nature Preserve is offering a pair of workshops from 10 - 11:30 am on Saturday, April 26. Pre-registration is required by calling 826-7405. 4) The Dolgeville United Methodist Church is sponsoring a Spring Rummage Sale from 9am to 4pm Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday in the lower level of the church in the Shulenburg Fellowship Hall. 5) Third annual craft and vendor fair sponsored by the Dolgeville Girl Scouts will take place from 10am to 3pm, on April 26th at Dolgeville Central School. 6) American Red Cross blood drive from 8:30am to 1:30pm at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, 4274 Acme Rd in Frankfort. April 26th. 7)Herkimer County Habitat for Humanity will sponsor a Big Breakfast Buffet from 8 to 11am, April 26th at the Herkimer VFW on Mohawk Street. 8) The Helping Animals Live Organization will hold a Cats Looking for Laps Adoption Clinic from 10am to 1pm, April 26th at the Herkimer Tractor Supply store. 9) Saturday April 26 the Kelberman Center will host its annual Walk for Autism at the VFW in Boonville, at Glimmerglass State Park in Cooperstown and the SUNYIT Campus Center in Marcy. All walks begin at 10:30am with registration beginning at 9am. 10) The FUNTRAK Model Railroad Club will present its annual Valley Rail Sights show Saturday and Sunday at the Masonic Temple, 118 Morgan St, Ilion. Show hours will be 10am to 5pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. 11) Sugaring Off is scheduled for April 26 to 27 at the Herkimer Home State Historic Site in Little Falls. 12) St Anthony and Josephs Crusaders will sponsor a wine tasting event from 1 to 3pm at the Herkimer VFW on Mohawk St in Herkimer, on Sunday April 27.
