Happy Thursday from freezing Ohio! Seriously its so cold they cancelled schools. It is cold, a bad flu going around, and an almost 2 year working on molars means we need to pull out the big guns. I truly believe that health and wellness begins with what you eat. So for supper we are having chicken noddle with homemade bone broth, garlic, dried herbs from my garden, and I will be adding kale a bit before serve time. I am also going to be making a lemon and raw honey mixture for each of us to consume. What is something on your stay healthy menu?
