Happy Transformation Tuesday! I have to share this video because I completely LOOOOVE it!! As a mom of 2 myself, also doing PiYo as a follow-up workout after several rounds of the 21 Day Fix, this video was totally relevant and inspiring for me. If you are someone that is looking to get super toned, and build up your flexibility, PiYo is the program to help you achieve that! I am amazed everyday by how my body is becoming strengthened and my flexibility is improving, just with my own body weight/resistance. Its genius!
