Happy Tuesday everyone! It was such a co,d start to the day but we are supposed to be getting up to the mid seventies. This weather sure is unpredictable. I woke up this morning with very sore legs but it wad just from fatigue. I am not in any pain and I am so happy about that. I went out my door and heard the deer scatter in the field in front of my house. There must be something there that they like. The sky was very cloudy and U did not think I was going to see much but then I looked really hard and found one star perking through the clouds. It was so cool. It was very calm and peaceful. The perfect way to get the day started. Today was to be an off day so I just wanted to do a mile or two to keep my streak going and get the legs moving. I felt better then I thought I would and everything went great. Once my legs got going, I got i to a rhythm and I could have kept running. I forced myself to pull back and stop as I did not want to push myself on an easy day. I did two miles and I am feeling fabulous. A bit tired but still great. Now to work on a flyer and then I am off. Have an awesome day!
