Happy Tuesday everyone hope and pray you all had great day :-)this what I had in am greek yogurt grapes one cup of black of coffee and for lunch I had flat bread with avocados lettuce and tomatos. And chicken. And baked chips and water to drink ... for dinner I had chicken and half can of black beans with tomatos and avocads with water to drink .. I going share some thing me the girl who througth she was never the pretties or the smartest. Still not be but one thing for sure my Lord is so good .. I just have praise him ... really is move than wegith losse it really is come out the darker. I never would done any of things I have do in passed 2 years if had not been for the Lord showing me througth a little sweet boy I really am blessed and no needed to sat round feel sorry for me my self or having pit praties and God give me strength and the know how and power not by my strength but by his strength :-)just want say if u going througth hard time seek him and not others ways to deal with it ... because there nothing like him and nothing better than him beside my side :-)Philppians 4:13 I can do all througth Christ which strengtheneth me just not some or but all. Go Mandi and team keep seeking God now put smile on your face :-)
