Happy #WODiween from Wodify and FitAID No tricks here! Its almost #WODiween and were celebrating with an Instagram contest. Were looking for the most fun and creative Instagram video submissions from our community! Standards: Your video should be humorous, creative, and Halloween-themed. The prescribed movement is a deadlift but no RX weight. The point is to have fun! Show us what youve got! Costumes, extras, props - theres no limit. Your box doesnt have to have Wodify in order for you to participate - the more, the merrier. Remember to tag #WODiween and @Wodify so we see your entry!
