Happy Wednesday #fitfam !!!! Started my day off with an #insanity warm up; straight up demolished #lesmillscombat Combat 30 and then later on in the afternoon I did work with @chalenejohnson #piyo Sweat! This is my last week of PiYo! I absolutely love this program and am planning on doing it again but with the strength slides Changes.... You have to make changes constantly in order to live a successful/fulfilling life and this applies to ANYTHING.
