Happy Wednesday, yall! I am in an exceedingly good mood this fine day. No particular reason; just woke up late, feeling good. Hopefully all my friends here will have a good day as well. I have packed ALL THE THINGS for the pilgrimage to Black Rock City...well, 99.9% of THE THINGS. Still need to grab a bunch of old towels to line the floor of the van we will be sleeping in. That alkaline dust gets everywhere. Only 5 more days, and well be on our way. The chicks dont look like babies any more - Ill have to get pictures of them as they grow. The black has feathered feet, so it is the offspring of Rolling Rock Ranchs lovely rooster, Socks. The gray does not have much feathering on his legs (and hes still a butthole). Gotta be a rooster with that attitude, lol. Forrest got his butt kicked by Jenny recently - he should have known better than to try and bully her. Shes down for hers since day 1, like a little OG; she fights like a tom turkey, too. So he is much subdued since losing the fight, though hes fine. 3x her size, and lost to a girl - I love it.
