Happy Weekend. Looks like Ive found the right Dr. who has been able to pinpoint the root of my misery: Excitotoxin Exposure What? Chemicals which are neurotoxic to the brain. Huh? Primarily MSG, also Artificial Sweetners. Thinking MSG was a thing of the past? Nope. Soy sauce, soy protein, natural flavors, etc. Of course the food industry, even organics, get away with having it in their products w/o having to label it. MSG plays a significant role in hormonal problems, ADD/ADHD, High Blood pressure, heart irregularities, mimics anaphylactic reactions. Please, everyone check out msgtruth.org before you end up on prednisone to survive like I did. (or maybe you already have...)
