Happy World Brownie Day! Do we really need an excuse? Heres two brownie recipes to rock your world! Avocado & Chocolate Brownies + Nutella Brownies! Line a 12 cup mini muffin tray with paper liners. Pop the Nutella and egg in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Add flour and whisk mix well. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin trays (about 3/4 full) and sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts. Bake until you can insert a clean pick in the middle and it comes out with gooey crumbs, approximately 11-12 minutes. Set on a rack to cool completely. Home Made Nutella Recipe: * 2/3rds of a cup roasted unsalted hazelnuts * 3/4s of a cup sweetened condensed milk * half a cup unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped * 3 tbsp honey/ agave nectar or rice malt syrup Place the hazelnuts into a food processor, blend for 1-2 minutes until a paste forms, add a pinch of salt, continue to process for a further 3 minutes until buttery then scrape down the sides of the blender.
