Happy and Rambo, the DBKL escapers are looking for genuine - TopicsExpress

Happy and Rambo, the DBKL escapers are looking for genuine adopters Happy (8 years big size brown dog) and Rambo (6 years medium size black + brown dog), both male, weight 49 and 37 pounds respectively are looking for their new shelter. Happy and Rambo are actually belonged to my ex-neighbour, who is the tenant, but also a very irresponsible human! They abandoned Happy and Rambo without bringing them along to their new house. Not long after that, the owner of the house called up DBKL to catch the dogs. Coincidently I witnessed the incident, i have seen by my own eyes how the poor Happy and Rambo were caught cruelly, how they struggled for help, how they resist, how they were forced. They were screaming for fear and crying for help! I just could not bear with this situation and dropped my tears. I were panicked, and do not know what to do....... Then I informed one of my friends Siew Leng, who is a dog lover. She is very determined and decided we must go and rescue the poor dogs. With the help of Siew Lengs friend Alvin, he drove us to DBKL Pusat Kurungan Haiwan located at Setapak, on the same day when both dogs were caught. There were hundreds of dogs, ranging from small to big size being quarantined in cages, waiting to be killed, one day...... Some dogs were even down with unknown diseases. It is definitely not the dogs fault if they get caught, it is all humans fault. Because of humans ignorance, negligence and irresponsibility, causes all those dogs get caught and quarantined here. We felt helpless when seeing those poor dogs..... Our mission is to rescue Happy and Rambo! Without wasting too much time, the DBKL staff led us to the cage where Happy and Rambo were kept. The first photo is snap when they were in the cage. You can see from their eyes, they were sad, they do not know their destiny, they were hoping for our help. After paying some ransom, we finally bailed Happy and Rambo, but on two consecutive days (9 and 10 August 2014), because Alvins car can only take one dog at a time. We spent much time and effort to lure the dogs into the car, perhaps they were over-horrified. But finally we managed to overcome all the difficulties. Happy and Rambo were kept in the Veterinary Clinic located at OUG currently for time being until they get adopters. Yesterday evening we brought Happy and Rambo for walk. As you can see the rest of the photos, they behaved glad, joyful and energetic! I believe Happy and Rambo felt grateful because we saved their life! Could anyone of you lend a helping hand by adopting Happy or Rambo? Many thanks. Our contact: Siew Leng 017-3088293 Jade 017-3422490 In case we have missed your call, please leave us an SMS.
