Happy birthday to the best mom a girl could ask for. You have been the perfect role model. You have shown me that even the strongest of women break down. You have taught me that no matter how hard a strong woman falls she always gets up. You have led by example that love and hard work pay off. You have shown me the kind of mother I want to be. We may not have had every want but damn near and we always had what we needed. You always put us first no matter what. You smiled with me, cried with me, encouraged me, yelled at me, lectured me, gave me advice, taught me that its not where I end up but how I got there (winning the race means nothing of you dont learn from the journey, ours not the mountain its the climb) kept my secrets, believed in my dreams and pushed me to accomplish my goals. Cuz mom you always were the greatest fan. You are my best friend. My drunk dial. My go to. My shoulder to cry on. My listening ear. My go to the hospital vending machine to get me milk because i wouldnt eat dinner without it and the store was closed. I thank you for the life I life today. And I thank you got the mother I am, without your guidance I would be lost. I am grateful to have you here everyday, to vent to, to listen to, to laugh with, to cry with, and must importantly get drunk and shake my butt with!
