Happy end to a Happy weekend looks like this! Eating healthy and to attain goals does not mean sacrificing taste. This is a regular on my menu and I promise the flavor and satisfaction rating is a 10+ If your food sucks, then you still havent figured out how to eat for *your* body. Pay attention to how you feel after each time you eat. Are you still hungry? Do you crash later? Does it leave you craving other foods? Do you get headaches? Are you gaining/losing body fat? These are your signs and these are how you begin to make lasting change. For example, I ate a whole pizza at lunch today (yes a whole pizza) and I was still hungry when I was done. This doesnt mean I will never eat pizza, it just means it doesnt work to keep me full and satisfied so I know this cant be a regular staple in my diet. It takes time, but its worth figuring out YOU. On my menu: Grilled New York Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts Roasted Mashed Cauliflower Happy Tummies :)
