Happy freaking Friday to me and my camera! Were brewing beer at Willimantic Brewing Company at noon and shooting the menu specials at Cafémantic before dinner service... maybe a few outdoor movie in the park shots to follow? Willimantic is my oyster! Specifically... my Chilled Mystic Oyster with yuzu, chili, lemongrass mignonette... and other dishes from Chef Jonathan Hudak and Cafemantic which received an “Excellent” rating in a review last week in the Metropolitan Section of Sunday’s New York Times.
