Happy friday peeps !!!! Ive had a great vacation this week. I did absolutely no exercises. I didnt eat a single health thing. Took a lot of naps and watched a lot of tv shows on line. Aaahhhhh. Im happily lazy with no guilt :-) Indulgence is ok when its controlled ( thats my excuse :-p. ) So one more day of greasy foods and chocolates. You know what the best part is ???? I only gained 1 pound !!!! Bwahahahahahahahaha See thats why I workout and eat right !!!!! Hahahahaha But next week its back to healthy living !!! Spartan Trifecta in August !!!
