Happy good Sunday morning ladies this post is for you. I know many of you just love the aerobic type of classes right. Even though they are fun and in groups they really dont do much to totally reshape your body for most. Yes your keeping active which is great and Im proud of you. Next time look around in your class very few have changed. If you want really change your physique hits the weights twice a week at least and alternate your classes with the others pieces of cardio machines by doing them in intervals. In my opinion just doing classes just allows you to be a smaller version of what you already are now but with less muscle. Less muscle means slower metabolism which will make it that much easier to gain all your back and some.
