Happy healthy hip joints...to accomplish, one must have adequate space first and foremost, then control of the space. One of the many ways we can accomplish (without compensation), is to use a band, a strong thick band, placed right at the joint space to create localized tension. Once positioned the key, is to think-perform MULTI-DIMENSIONAL patterns. This is not a new technique but a tweaked version for enhanced functionality. Our hips are designed to move proximal (pelvis) to distal (femur) and distal on proximal at different rates, dimensions, ranges, etc. Therefore, we need to assess and address with that in mind.
