Happy hump day! Good morning my friend! Half way and its going steady. The days have been passing smoothly for Me and hopefully for you also. Its a simple day and my message as well will be simple. Enjoy the moment. No matter the activity, it should be experienced fully. If your learning something new, enjoy the fact that you are gaining knowledge. If you are repeating something you have done many times, take pride in the fact that you know exactly what you are doing. Your specialty! If your teaching be proud to pass your knowledge and skill to another who will do the same. If your on an adventure be excited that you are experiencing new things!! Feel the weather, the sun the wind the rain. Be in the moment. Set your worry aside. Live every moment as a new and fascinating time. Live for each second. No past, no future, just this moment. Be thankful for it, feel it, breathe it, learn from it, then they next one. Being present in each and every activity. Even taking a nap, you can feel the world slowly perfectly peacefully turning. The seconds turning to minutes, hours, the day. Watch the sun come up and watch the night time turn to shadows cast by the moonlight. Be at peace. Be happy, genuine, humble, kind and believe this moment will last forever. These times you are experiencing are imprinted into our minds, our thoughts, they change us every second. We become more. We learn, we feel, we trust our own instincts. We become part of this world, merging with the earth energy. Becoming part of nature part of the vibrations pulsing through the universe. We are one. We become part of the whole. We are a intricate part of this life that we all share. Every one of us, the earth, the universe and God are all one. Every person, every being, plant, water, mountains, the sky we are all sharing this exact moment together. We are one! Live this day fully! Be at peace and enjoy your life.
