Happy hump day! Here is todays 5 minute challenge working the core. Do each exercise for 1 minute each with no rest in between to keep your heart rate up while engaging those abs. Lets rock it! 1. 4 bicycles crunches with 2 heel lifts 2. reach under side plank to hip dip (switch sides half way) 3. 4 big scissors, 4 small scissors, 4 criss cross 4. low plank rock hip to hip 5. reverse crunch hamstring roll up
