Happy hump day ! I hope you have all had a great week especially those who started back at work . I thought I would give you a run down of what training I have managed to fit in this week , 2015 one of my New Years resolutions is to LISTEN to my body . Due to over training in my late teens and 20s I have no choice , of course I want to keep tone , shape, size but whats all this without total health .. So heres to creating my picture of health for 2015 . 2x 30 min jogs 1x 30 cross trainer and a 45 min walk with maya . Hammys and glutes x1 and biceps and tricepsx1 30 min on back and thats me so far ....I will attempt alittle shoulder training somewhere before Sunday and might ask the sis to give me a swimming lesson ( these legs sink in water ) much love to you all .
