Happy hump day everyone! :) Heres a killer pyramid interval workout I made up and taught this morning in my spinning class. You can easily convert it to a treadmill or elliptical by choosing 3 incline levels instead of positions on the bike. TRY IT!!! Let me know what you think. 5 min warm up 30:30 sprints in 1st x 3 sets Repeat in 2nd position Repeat in 3rd position 45:30 sprints in 1st x 3 sets Repeat in 2nd Repeat in 3rd 60:30 climb in 1st x 3 sets Repeat in 2nd Repeat in 3rd Reverse the entire workout-start with 60:30 climb in 3rd and work back down to 30:30 in 1st Cool down Stretch
