Many a times you dont say anything to maintain peace in a relationship and then suddenly on fine day all pent up comes up as a spur and erupts and creates more harm in a relationship. Sometimes your silence is so much that its all absorbed inwards and creates a disease in your physical body. Communication needs to be understood. Speaking your truth is very important for your being. A wise and objective approach is needed. You have to speak with staying in your integrity. Respecting the other yet speaking what stands true for you calls for balance in your mind, body and emotions. So today check the imbalance and deal with it as a situation sooner or later will demand that you speak your truth. Work on self till then. Practise in front of the mirror if need be so you can assert yourself. See a cobalt blue triangle in your throat chakra. See Michael energising it and balancing the throat.
