Happy new year everyone... so, today I received my new cooking range.. kept thinking what to bake.. Had planned to bake a chocolate cake. .. but couldnt wait till dinner to be over and then bake. . So decided to make kurkuri bhindi in the oven. . Jhatpat preheated and slit the bhindis.. took a bowl added salt , haldi, hing, chilli powder and olive oil.. to this added some rice flour and little besan. Mixed all this and added the slit bhindi... mixed well and baked it at 180. Also sprinkled some sesame seeds in between... and added some lime juice.
