Happy one year anniversary to Rex finding his amazing forever home! Rex was found tied and abandoned by a Good Samaritan. Not knowing any better, she did what she thought was right and brought him to the NYCACC. Well of course Rex rapidly declined and was at risk of being euthanized. All the volunteers were so worried and rallied to get him out. Joanne, Rexs finder, decided to start filling out applications after hearing about Urgent Part 2 - Urgent Death Row Dogs. SNARR Northeast pulled Rex and after a few weeks of Joanne nursing him back to health and trying to convince him he was safe; Rex started to thrive. He had not been eating and was extremely depressed; we were so worried about him, but then he turned a corner to the happy and loved boy he is today! Rex is now chubby! lol We love receiving updates and following dogs on their journeys to happily ever after
