Happy peak week to all of the beautiful, wonderful, inspiring, hard working, dedicated people that have stumbled into my life! It has been a joy to work with so many new athletes this year. There is nothing I love more than to watch someone experience their very first bodybuilding competition or to come in as an experienced athlete and bring in their best physique. I say it everytime... There are stressful moments when I wonder what I have gotten myself into because I experience the ups AND downs with my clients during their journeys. I am very invested in their success. Emotionally invested as well! Then I get to experience all of their excitement, joy, success and pride with them and it is the most wonderful celebration. Extremely rewarding! One more week ladies!
