Happy to present the 15 NGO partners that I now have for my Garlanding India 14000km 60-day (Apr 26 - June 25) drive to raise funds for NGOs (web-site and facebook page will go live around April 19th). Will finally have around 25 NGO partners. On the regional dimension NGOs from UP/Bihar/ North East are under-represented. Any suggestions? On the cause dimension education, child & womens welfare are over-represented. Any suggestions for NGOs working for other interesting causes? The 15 NGOs on board are: Pragya, Make a Difference, Vivekananda Medical Mission, Handicapped Children & Womens Aid (HCWA), Chaitanya Educational & Rural Development Society (CERDS), Gram Vikas Trust, Lok Kalyan Samiti, Snehalaya, Tamarind Tree, Bakul Foundation, Toy Bank, Jharkhand Tribal Foundation, Mahesh Memorial Trust, Sethu & Nav Prabhuti Trust. Get ready to donate liberally when I set off on the drive on 26th April!
