Happy to report that progress has been made on that construction site that has been dumping dust in our community across from Redfern Houses! Thanks Glenn Collins for your continued advocacy for residents in the development. From DEC Our Environmental Conservation Officers inspected the site and issued a Notice of Violation for excessive dust. The condition is occurring due to trucks entering and exiting the site. They have been instructed to correct this issue and we will be following up.
