Hard Times, A Preparation For The Future! This is one of my best sermons this year. I do take solace in it. Many brethren benefitted from it too. When things keep going wrong in your family, when it looks as if nothing is moving, when you juxtapose the prosperity and success of your friends and pals with yours and see the gap, when it looks as if God hates you, when all your prayer points are yet to be answered, when tears keep flowing anytime you go on your knees to pray because of hardship, and other things that make life difficult for you and your family, my dear brothers and sisters, all these things are A PREPARATION FOR FUTURE EXALTATION. I believe that God allows these things to happen to enable one learn from them. God had already spoken that it shall be well with the righteous. The problems of this life are too numerous to mention. But whichever one that has bedevilled your family, it is a step to the next level. I am not in a salaried employment. My profession is too hard for freshers because no one wants to risk his case. Many of us have been living at the mercy of God. When I see people in salaried employment complain, I wonder what they expect the unemployed to do. Folks, in any situation you find yourself, give honour to God Almighty, hoping that the present condition is preparing you for a better tomorrow. Everything pertaining to this life and righteousness is in Gods hand. Again He said, seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, all other things shall be added unto you. God has all that it takes to place us in a very good, comfortable and permanent condition. Endeavour to worship God with all your heart, soul and strength. May His divine blessings flow on everyone of us as we all proceed to worship Him today. May our tomorrow be better than today in Jesus mighty name, Amen!!!
