Hard ten mile run at an 8:30 pace.. Ran with Braden, and felt like I held him back tonight because he felt so good.. We went faster in the beginning for a long run.. Heat affected me more later in the run.. I was soaked with sweat.. We did a mile warm up, and then 30 second strides every 3 minutes.. Basically died the last two miles.. Ran the first mile in 7:53.. Ran the second mile in 7:10.. Ran the third mile in 7:40.. Ran the fourth mile 7:48.. Ran the fifth mile in 8:10.. Ran the sixth mile in 8:24.. Ran the seventh mile in 8:50.. Ran the eighth mile in 8:47.. Ran the ninth mile in 9:49.. Ran the tenth mile in 10:07.. Day 232 of my run streak
