Hardly slept last night..was thinking about a homeless man we saw at Mcdonalds last week. Tried to buy him a sandwich, but the manager told me he had just eaten a meal she had bought him and when she closes she gives him coffee and a sandwich. God bless her. I just keep thinking about how easy it is for people to fall off the curb for what ever reason. It was odd that we seen him right at a time when I was so consumed with worry about the usual stretching of the xmas money. I think maybe God put him in my way to remind me of how fortunate I am already. Even though the man may have made some wrong decisions or choices along the way, no matter how he ended up as a homeless person he is still someones son. Cant begin to imagine not knowing if my child was safe and sheltered. God has me figured out I think..just need to remember to let him lead...and how was your night...
