Hardly surprising behaviour from the most corrupt police force of the old EU states, why are there so many stories coming back from tourists encountering these criminals in uniforms, most of the scams are speed trap related with the family on holiday being told they will face jail if they do not pay the bogus fines in CASH! You are as well off the other side of the border especially if you have children!
