Hardy, Alena and Genell from Rainbow Meadow Farms will be at the market tomorrow with a truckload full of grass-fed and free-range meats. There is a limited number of fresh, whole chickens available tomorrow as well as a new pork sausage variety, Garlic Bratwurst. We will have on hand a good supply of pork and beef roasts as well as braising and stewing meat, such as Pork or Beef Osso Bucco, Beef Stew, Boneless Lamb meat for stewing or tagines. There will also be a few quail, pheasant and duck on the truck. We are re-stocked in chicken and turkey sausages and will have the January Box Specials on-hand.
