Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare -----The loot of Shree Bhagavan Sitaram’s Property------ It was the divine date of 22nd January 1973 that the divinely clairvoyant Bhagavan Sitaramdas , through the documentation of the Trust Deed number 385 , through RA, Calcutta, entrusted the ownership of about 150 properties, which belonged to his lotus feet, that stretched from Keota-Kalna to Kanyakumari, from Orissa to Uttaranchal, from Bihar to Vrindavan, to the ownership of his mind-child “Akhil Bharat Jai Guru Sampradaya(ABJS)” instead of keeping them under his auspices. The Antaryaami Thakur Shree Omakarnath Dev, had a clear vision of the state of affairs of the future and thus he, in the above- mentioned Deed or any other legal document, did not , even by error , mention or admit any person as the successor or the inheritor of the succession right to his organization. Our beloved Thakur Omkarnath, on making such an arrangement, reached Omkarloka in the year 1982. The arrangement which was thus made by our extremely worshipful Thakur , is being denied wholeheartedly by the successors and family members of the worshipful Late Raghunath Chattopadhyaya ( Shree Jagannath Chattopadhyaya, Shee Dinabandhu Chattopadhayaya and Shree Jagatbandhu Chattopadhayaya) , and they , for the last 6/7 years, by suppressing the truth, are dishonestly trying by forging false legal documents, to capture the ownership of Thakur’s properties from ABJS. Their attempts towards this have been thwarted in places like Kashi Ramashrama, Varanasi, Pandey Haveli Kali Mandir and Nilachal Ashrama , Puri. An information was received on 6th February 2013 ,that Shree Jagatbandhu Chattopadhyaya (Prabhu) is about to sell off “Shree Gurudham Ashram” at Madhupur (Jharkhand). The authorities sprung into action and the whole plan was foiled, saving the Ashram for the time being and Prabhu beating a temporary retreat. It was on 11th August 2014, that “Gurudham Ashram” has actually been sold. It was then that a counterfeit document was tracked and the following observations were made. 1- Prabhu had sold off 16 Kattas ( 8 + 8) land of the total 32 Kattas belonging to Shree Gurudham Ashram, to Shreemati Mina Modi and Shree Dinesh Modi on 10. 10.2014 at Madhupur Sub-Registra’s Office vide Document No. 156 and No. 157 and had charged Rs 3,60,000 ( per 8 kattas) total amounting to Rs 7,20,000 in total for the sale. 2- It is quite unbelievable, but proven that it was on 10th April 2014 , Shree Jagannath Chattopadhayay and Shree Dinabandhu Chattopadhayay , along with nine of their family members, approached the office of District Sub- Registry of Dumurdaha and vide the No 88 Registered Deed Of Power Of Attorney, appointed Shee Jagabandhu Chattopadhayay (Prabhu) , who would be known as the successor of Shree Shree Thakur, the constituted attorney and vested in him the power and right to sell all the properties named after our beloved Thakur, located in the states of Jharkhand and West Bengal. Its no longer a secret that , had they been successful in Madhupur, they would have then taken up selling all the Maths, Ashrams , temples and land in an illegal way and thus amassing wealth for their private disposal, which appears to be their only goal. Its no surprise that the above mentioned Prabhu and Dinabandhu will embroil themselves with such unethical activity. However what is surprising , and ultimately embarrassing, is that the whole affair has also involved Shree Jagannath Chattopadhayaya who is a husband to an extremely virtuous wife, father of talented children, a person who is dependent of the vocation of a Guru, a person who chants Naam along with his associates, a sweet-talking person, whose disciple pay him obiscences at a mere glace of him. After all this, still, we pray to Thakur that He may let good sense prevail. 3 - There was another proof to this fraud. It was seen that the above-mentioned document No. 156 and No 157 has been added as the annexure to the fraudulent document , which is a tampered copy of the original Gift Deed dated 05.06. 1958, Numbered 1106, which proclaims that Late Birol Chandra Banerjee as gifted hi property to Thakur, which consisted of a two storied house and 32 kattas of land. It was however known that Thakur had already made ABJS the sole owner of all the properties of Thakur vide the trust deed No. 385, done under the supervision of RA Calcutta dated, 22nd January 1973., of which the tampered document makes absolutely nio mention of. The vile do not have any dearth of creativity, however they fall prey to stupidity at the time of their destruction. 4- The have also taken audacious steps as well by providing incorrect information to the Officers of the Area (CO) and somehow depositing the tax for just 10 year mutation period without even providing the mutation case number (MC No), and by thence getting a fake copy of the No. 2066 Reciept and topping it off by depositing and showing the same to the office of the Madhupur Sub-Registrar, thereby registering the two above mentioned sale deeds. 5- They have also conspired with the priest of the Gurudham Ashram, named Sashi Bhushan ( Alias Sash Kanta) Pathak. He has been assured that the remaining 16 acres would be donated to him along with the assurance that he would be financially assisted during the wedding of his daughters. This has motivated Sashi, who is moved by greed, to bear witness to the Sale deeds, by providing his finger prints, signature and picture, reinforcing the sale . He has also played his part in keeping the on-goings of the whole affairs out of the knowledge of the ABJS. When the whole affair came to light, it was found that the transaction was complete and ABJS was kept in utter dark all along. Thus, on finding the truth, the Sampradaya Sarbadhish Kinkar Vitthal Ramanuja, Saha-Sarbadhish Dr. Shree Loknath Chakraborty, General Secretary Dr Gopal Mitra, and Joint Secretary Shree Subrata Roy Choudhury and many dedicated souls to Thakur Sitaram suffered from guilt and resolved, against their wish to do so but forced, to recover the property of Shree Shree Thakur and bring the culprits to task, no matter what the cost may be . To that end, keeping full trust on the judicial system of the country , Kinkar Biragananda, Shree Karunamay Sensharma and Shree Chanranath Banerjee have taken concrete steps . They have deposited a writ-petition against the Jharkhand Government in the Ranchi High Court and a Criminal case in the court of Madhupur SDJM against Shree Jagannath Chattopadhyaya and 11 members of his family, the two buyers, and the priest Sashi. The criminal proceedings against all 15 of them has been initiated at Madhupur and a revenue(dewani) proceeding has been initiated at Deoghar District Court. The verdict is awaited and will be considered ultimate and abiding. The current Board of Trustees are constantly at the endeavor of protecting and renovating Thakur’s properties. They are, to that end, spending lakhs of rupees in the ashrams based in Ayodhya, Kanyakumari, Vet Dwarka (Under the leadership of Shree Mukesh Chaturvedi) , Puri, Chandannagar, Tarighat, Mahamilam Mutt, Kanthi, Gangasagar and many more places. They have also assigned similar funds for the projects for the future too. Apart from this a Math- Mandir of Giridhar Gopal at Rampurhat and a Tara Ma’s Math at Tarapith is in the plans to be taken over by ABJS. Its with great joy that we would like to announce a 55 feet hight temple dedicated to Thakur has been planned at Navadweep and a starting capital of Rs 11 Lakhs have been kept aside for the same. The Bhoomi Pooja of the temple has been done and so the work would start very soon.
