The couple are now in Rome, Italy for their honeymoon, and as obvious from the photos they shared on their respective Instagram accounts on Tuesday, they are a picture of pure bliss. The Kapuso Primetime couple have begun the European leg of their vacation; going to various tourist hits in Rome, including the Spanish steps and Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. Their “royal wedding” was held last December 30 at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Quezon City and it went trending. On her official FB page, Marian has thanked her fans for their support after it generated over 300K new likes, reaching almost 46 million people by her posts during the week of their wedding. Dingdong and Marian have opted to share everything with their avid followers; starting from the proposal to the bridal showers which were given by their friends, colleagues and fans, and their wedding, too. It was truly the wedding of a lifetime for reel and real sweethearts, Dong and Yan, which Teena Barretto, their wedding coordinator deemed unworthy of negative speculations, especially as the couple have both supported a number of advocacies and continue to do so. Why so grand a wedding? To quote one of her lines as posted on GMA, Dingdong had the purest intention of giving Marian the best wedding she deserves. That includes the best honeymoon, too; surely.
