Even liberal columnist Dana Milbank called it a naked power grab. Meanwhile, Politico reports Obama is prepping for more controversial nominees and the Washington Post notes that changes to the D.C. Circuit Court and cabinet appointments should make it easier for Obama to push his agenda on climate change and financial regulation.
