#HarshTruth So youre too busy to workout?! Do you watch tv?! Why not workout while watching your favourite shows...Even just during commercials is better then nothing! Taking a rest day because my legs are dying from a killer leg day at the gym last night... But I cant sit still on my couch so a simple upper body workout during commercial breaks is going down! Bicep curls - 8 full, 8 upper half, 8 lower half, 8 hammer curls Tricep extensions- 20 per side Tricep dips on coffee table- 10 reps Standing calf raises- 15 reps Push-ups against the kitchen counter- 10 reps Repeat each commercial break. #GetMoving #Sweat #EndTheTrend
