Has anybody any diagnostic suggestions looking at these pictures, PLEASE...? THE CASE OF CERVICAL MYELOPATHY OF UNSPECIFIC UNKNOWN ORIGIN (NEURODEGENERATIVE? INFLAMMATORY? ISCHAEMIC? SYSTEMIC GROWTH-LEUC/LYMPH?) In MRI: intraspinal pathological hipointensive signal in T1 from C1 to Th1, hiperintensive signal in T2 & STIR, no mass effect, slight anterior border contrast enhancement. Almost no progress in MRI findings during 6 months, but significant clinical progress: progressive spastic quadriparesis with bladder disturbances, with no sensory lose (remitting and recurring in hours, depended on physical activity). No other major laboratory disturbances except slightly higher level of proteins in CSF, elevated OB and CRP, mild aneamia. No oligoclonal stripes in CSF.
