Has anybody traveled to South America, specifically Peru? Im trying to book my flights to Cusco, for a Macchu Pichu trip Im taking this fall. One of the flight options that both Expedia and Orbitz have come up with has just a 90 minute layover in Lima. In some countries 90 minutes might not be enough time to clear customs and transfer from the international terminal over to the domestic terminal. Just wondering what the situation in Peru is, whether its safe to book flights with just a 90 minute layover.
