Has anyone else tried Black Bean Noodles? I found these at SaveOn here in Nanaimo - so cool and really good. Although after I took the picture of just the cooked noodles I see that they kind of look like worms!!! I never noticed that until I saw the picture. They have a lot of texture and taste. I sautéed some veggies and just flavoured with coconut oil, salt, pepper & nutritional yeast and then some lemon juice - really good!!! I was out of my favourite Braggs Seasoning mix..... They also had other kinds and flavours too - all gluten free - no flours. Expensive yes. I think it was $5.47 for the package. But for me - that will last as I dont have noodles that much. But these are light and not heavy or starchy. They have my recommendation!
