Has anyone ever done a mashed or creamed dalo?? I had this vision like a fish pie done with kai, duruka and topped with creamy dalo. I saw on masterchef NZ where one of the ladies did the dalo au gratin style and it was a huge hit with the judges.. unfortunately at this late hour, the kai is in the oven baking, the duruka is in lol on the stove and the dalo is boiling.. still looking forward to it.
