Has anyone ever had a problem with Vodafone and getting money back from them or even getting a response to a letter. Their customer service is a disgrace, I have been a vodafone customer for at least 15 years. I would not recommend them at all now, and never top up a pay as you go phone with your debit card as it allows them to take payments from your account and not give it back when you have cancelled your pay as you go phone and gone to contract, (with them) but I can,t have my money back as there is no way of refunding pay as you go customers only contract. It stinks really. So all you pay as you go customers beware if you get rid of your phone and go to contract any money on it they wont give back.
