Has anyone ever had dealings with the governor? How does someone go about a submission in contradiction to a City of Busselton request to be given jurisdiction over the high water mark on a beach which extends into the Indian Ocean by 100 meters? The reason I ask as stated in previous posts - the City need this approved otherwise Busselton city residents are still able to take their dog legally swimming in the ocean on prohibited dog beach areas and there is nothing the city can do about it. This was a little line in the agenda with attachments in the dog proposal/review. So if people read it and come across these little facts please share as I am still working through the document.
