Has anyone ever suffered heart palpitations from lack of sleep? I have frequent and u predictable episodes where my heart rate climes to 120+bpm. Only lasts for a few minutes and then its back to normal. However, when it goes back to normal, I feel completely drained and exhausted as if I had just got done with an extreme workout. Ive been to the doctor numerous times.... but, by the time I get in, the palpitations are over. Ive had this for at least 2 years.... and wondering if simply not getting enough quality sleep could be a cause? Have tested my blood sugar and thats good. Also, Im not dehydrated as I drink plenty of water daily.
