Has anyone had a client with full on panic attacks? racing heart, sweating etc … i feel like his is vata pushing pitta from the small intestine, but its also from fear & depleted majja - long standing depression in family and him, grandmother committed suicide, he has a 10 year old son and is afraid of dying and leaving him - attacks started after 5 days of intense work with coffee and wine and no sleep … im pacifying vata & pitta and he needs to work on his nervous system … but is there anything thats the BEST to do and when the attacks come on, besides deep breathing is there anything else to help? thanks! (he also has red right around his pupils - then yellow - deep seated pitta in NS - do you think the red is from grandmother committing suicide?)
