Has anyone had any issues with having to replace the main sewer line coming out from the house?? Looks like a settling issue, right where the main line goes under the foundation it has cracked and sunk about 4. We keep getting back ups into the basement if we take a shower and flush a toilet at the same time. The house is about 12 years old and looks like it has setlled about 4. The concrete wall on the corner of the porch has sunk and the colomn holding up the roof is disconnected from the concrete wall by about 3. We rent and the owner lives in New York. What do we do??
